We are excited to announce the annual Sleepy Hollow Hills Estates Owners Association meeting. This important gathering will take place on January 28th. As neighbors and community members, this is a wonderful opportunity to come together, share updates, and shape the future of our beautiful neighborhood.

The agenda for this year’s meeting will include, but is not limited to:

1. A review of last year’s accomplishments and financial reports.
2. Updates on ongoing and upcoming community projects.
3. Discussion of new proposals to enhance the neighborhood.
4. Open forum for residents to voice their concerns or ideas.

We encourage every resident to participate and contribute to the discussion. Your input makes Sleepy Hollow Hills a better place for all.

As winter approaches and temperatures begin to drop, we would like to remind you to take important precautions to protect your home. Please remember to:

1. Disconnect water hoses from outdoor faucets and cover them with insulated caps.
2. Close skirting vents around your home to prevent cold air from entering.
3. Let your sink faucets drip if temperatures drop significantly.
4. Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate and help prevent pipes from freezing.
